How do y'all watch your movies? Right now I'm using Kodi. I'm thinking of setting up Emby Server but then I'm not sure how I should play them, since emby theater is paid AFAIK.
Pay for it cuck
plex via debian server + roku
I just plug my labtop's HDMI port into my TV's HDMI port.
couchpotato + sickbeard + kodi
What's better Plex or kodi or emby? And why? I'll be playing it through my TV connected to PC and wanna use ps3 controller

Desktop is connected to TV by a long hdmi cable. Wrote my own shitty terminal client to send play/pause/rewind/fastforward/framestep/fullscreen/move around in playlist/etc commands to mpv that I run from laptop. Could probably hack an android application together if I wanted to but I'm lazy

kodi + rutorrent + private trackers

rutorrent on a raspi & kodi on an android TV box
