Why does kodi suck so much?

What do you expect us to do? Make kodi not suck? Make some epic pull requests? Compile it for gentoo and give you the compiled binary?
I use Kodi all the time. It's a wonderfull program.

What do you not like about Kodi / XBMC? It recognizes my media library, is extremely customizable and light. Using Kodi to play local media in a home theater and Plex is truly a god-tier setup.
Just started using Kodi with Exodus for TV and Whitecream for HD porn.
What are other good add-ons, preferably one I can use to stream HD shows?

It's way faster and easier to use than plex. In fact I'd say it's the best media UI there is, and I'm talking about the default confluence skin.
I have it on 2 firetv boxes and an x86 box. My tech illiterate wife uses it with no issues.
I started using it a month ago and its pretty good.

UI is more than a skin you retarded tripfag.
Menu navigation is a clusterfuck, and there are a shit ton of database bugs whose only fix is to manually delete the database file.
Overall a terrible program, it could be so much more if they had 2 or 3 competent devs
I used to use it back in the day on a few Xbox originals. it's gud.

The only thing good about it was when it ran on Xbox as XBMC and booted in literally 3 seconds even on HDD. Best media streamer/htpc I ever used. Too bad it couldn't handle 720p or I'd still be using it.

Windows media share on win10. Shit just works, and shows up nicely on all the devices in the house. The default android tv video and music apps work great with it, plays back any damn thing you throw at it. Fuck the cops.
