Why is aws so useless?
Whenever I'm testing on localhost everything works fine. The moment I deploy on aws I can't access my api anymore.

Are you mentally retarded? If you're on an EC2 instance, make sure the correct ports are open. AWS is a whole collection of services, not just one product. Which are you having problems with?
It's not. AWS is great. Check your code.

Correct ports are obviously open
I used to play around with ec2 and ssh'ing a few years ago but now I'm trying out elastic beanstalk to host my java api. I can access index.html but nothing else.

If the code is bad then how come I can access my api on localhost and everything works?
>>54830734
I'm just throwing this out there, but are your permissions set properly?
Send me ur PEM

Wait what?
>>54830748
If the permissions weren't correct then I wouldn't be able to access index.html. Yet I can't access anything else
Did u configure Apache correctly?
>>54830873
What exactly am I supposed to configure?
> muh code doesn't work on aws
How is your server configured?
> idk must be because aws is shit
Dude come the fuck on just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it's broken.
aws is great, fuck off OP
You've configured the AWS key in your java API right?
