What would be a good OS for this laptop? Something that wont

What would be a good OS for this laptop? Something that wont lag its babby cpu when watching netflix or having more than one tab open in a web browser.

I have windows 10 on a similar cpu and it works perfect. Are you using the native netflix windows 10 app? Because trying to run it on the browser is retarded.
Also, put an ssd on it and 4gb ram minimum

But Linux will require even more power for less performance. It's only good for limited RAM systems and booting quicker.
