This isn't just happening with the Steelseries Rival 100
This happens with all gaymer mice. Any stock black Dell mouse that I use (i have like 5) work perfectly smoothly.
Can anyone explain what the fuck may be happening? Perhaps drivers?
Did you try installing gentoo?

There's your problem.

>not using /g/entoo
Why would you even imply that I don't use Gentoo
>>54769925
that's a good thing, it means your gaming mouse doesn't have cancer like prediction in the sensor

Well, for one, you use gaymen mice

What is the best mouse for under 50$?

dunno if it's the best but steel series sensei is what i have. It's not overly flashy like razer, it has a small led that you can turn off in settings. As far as performance, at the time I purchased it, I had done a lot of research and decided this was a good mouse.

Those edges are more a case of user error, rather than... whatever the edge snapping thing is.

Any way to fix edge snapping? Did a few searches and all that came up was Windows' screen snapping.
Update the firmware? My first gen Razer lachesis were jumping like that, some user said mouse is broken but with firmware update it just werks.
