You don't. At best you will make a 10-20 apps for android/iOS and live as a neet from the steady 1 maybe 2k of income they will collectively generate you with ads and purchases. This is assuming you regularly update all of these apps every month or two to prevent them from getting stale.
There is like a 1% chance you'll get rich if you make some insanely popular app that normies download in the millions IF you work really really hard at programming and app/game design.
Though for most people they'll get into 40-80k of debt, go to college for 4 years for a CS degree, and try to land a job at a big tech firm to pay back your 80-160k of debt + interest back as soon as possible and hopefully maybe live like a middle-class person by your 30s.
