Is it possible to achieve free built-in navigation for my new Mazda 3, hatchback 2016?
>>54754822
No, not unless you already have the GPS hardware in the car and its behind a paywall.
Even then, No.
just use a map
Steal a phone (moto g)
Download offline maps for gmaps
Glue to dash
Enjoy

But offline maps can't handle 3000 km..

Dammit.. The only way to get built-in maps would then be: trusting ebay seller trying to sell an "unused" SD-card og buying it through authorized Mazda seller for around 1200 dollars? What would you suggest? Just downloading Navigon or TomTom App to my iPhone?

It can't? Why not?
If it's space an SD card should work
>>54755023
Then I will still need a fresh file to put on a SD-card. The file will automatically lock when inserted and installed first time. Still I don't understand why it has to cost 1200 dollars for Mazda to insert a SD-card into my car..
This is what you get for betraying your country and not buying a Ford fiesta st

Of course it is..
Doesn't Mazda Connect support Android Auto? I know the system in the 2016 Civic does
>>54755515
Well, at least they don't support apple carplay.. Sadly I'm a apple freak. But I neither don't believe it supports Android Auto because I don't see any options for installing new applications to the multimediasystem of the car..

>The issue is that, well, it's kind of broken in lots of ways. And I mean virtually everything is subject to bugs, crashes, and various strange issues
Just like the original. The software crashed every other day while driving.
