Let me explain.
This laptop was issued to me from my school. They won't allow me to bring in any other, for some reason. The trackpad is god-awful so the mouse loves to jump to the bottom-right corner of the screen and register a tap, which causes all the windows to minimize.
I decided to use this wallpaper so that whenever that happens when someone else is using my laptop, all the windows will minimize at random and they will be greeted by Mr. Twin over here, which usually startles them a little.
I usually find it funny. They usually don't.

Pin the programs you use most to the taskbar. Windows explorer, steam, chrome, etc.
Then make a library for games and one for other "productive" applications. Put all the other shortcuts into their respective libraries, and pin the library into the sidebar of windows explorer so its easy to get to.
