What kind of stuff? I download movies, tv shows and some other shit using torrents and DDL and I see no problem. And even if they would report that, I live in third world country where there are a lot more urgent matters then being a pirate for your self.
There is a high likelihood that Windows 10 is compromised. It is highly malicious, and has been proven time and time again to not only datamine and steal user information, but it has been designed to do this. So install linux.
