Yo, what's up /g/? I'm the same guy who was asking about the 598's and I was wondering what on desk mic I should get. I really don't have he budget to get one over 70-80$ so really I just want one that doesn't sound like I'm talking into a garbage disposal with 45 dicks in my mouth..I was thinking a Blue snowball iCE. /g/'s thoughts?

get a bm-800, stand and a phantom power supply so you don't look like a twitch streaming faglord and save some money

I use 598's and a Blue Yeti, both were awesome investments. I use it to record lecture videos, very clear sound. I recommend a plugged USB hub with it to prevent any static.

I used to eye the AT2020 mic but now I don't really see it on Amazon anymore, although it is like double the blue snowball ice it seems.

For a $70AU desktop USB microphone that sits literally BEHIND my screen it sounds fucking fantastic.
Zero issues so far, but I use it for Skype, game chatting and literally nothing else. I have no music or podcast recording experience to list.
