This is total bullshit. The Nano has zero thermal throttling issues. The throttling is entirely power target-related, which can be fixed by heading into CCC/Afterburner and raising it.

will be at least 500 for the aib cards so even then. Wanted comparisons between it and 970 cause that will probably be quite a bit cheaper ( with the $399 rrp)
