When to rebuild Ford F-150 engine (seals, gaskets etc.)?

1989 with only 90k miles on the odometer. It's been sitting for 8 years unused. Runs great. 302 5L 5 speed manual btw.

Recommended maintenance to do? PIC very related: is the coolant I drained from the radiator.
