The two esxi server are in free version, so no cluster etc...
The two are hosted by online.net, and the vswitch lan are on a rpn network.

I think it would be safer if the vSwitches would be the ones exposed to the web.
I'd put down a Windows 7 VM on one (or each) of them and use that as a front-end jump-VM for reaching the backend ESXis.
