Can I get banned for refreshing same 4chan page too much from the same IP? Can I get banned for autodownloading full size images?
I was thinking of writing a program that takes live posts, visualizes and composes them with a video feed. This produces a single video with the original feed and the "4chan chat" by its side.

No you can't, there's literally no way of knowing if the download is automatic because you can spoof the user agent, not that 4chan actually prevents you from downloading the pictures because of the default user agent anyway.
