Failing that, Avast, and Malwarebytes.
If you are already infected with a virus, reinstall your OS. You already know you have been compromised. It is not a good idea to let software clean up your messes for you. Antivirus is to protect, not to fix, and no antivirus is as good as using comon sense.

I really don't know - I had problems uninstalling both avast and bitdefender, they leave some shit behind.
Malware-bytes it's the only ok option.
Windows defender is ok, but it's not as precise as other free alternatives
