I need help I got a win 7 desktop tower but no monitor. I do

I need help
I got a win 7 desktop tower but no monitor. I do however have a TV that I use for my laptop to project on occasion.
Is there a way I can configure my win 7 desktop tower without a monitor so that I can use my TV as one?
