my PC keeps turning off and on on its own. ill be in the middle of watching something and itll shut down. instantly as if the power went out. then it starts up again on its own. no blue screen of death, no error messages, doesnt even ask if i want to start windows in safe mode or normally.

could it be my psu is dying? it been happening for a couple of weeks now. but not daily.
