They're both just clones of cheap chink shit mouses. Seriously. It must cost them like 1-2 bucks to make just to resell at 50-60 bucks. Just slap on the "gamer" label and call it a gamer mouse. Tons of suckers will buy em.
>>
>>54460446
I have an naga 2014 that i'm going to send to warranty soon because the laser is fucked up
they're going to either replace it with a newer model the chroma naga or with something equivalent, should I pick the naga chroma or the optic deathadder? Is the optic one more precise when you draw with your mouse very slow?
>>
>>54460446

Thats not a mouse, thats official Gaymer Gear™.
>>
>>54460737
>should I pick the naga chroma or the optic deathadder?

Go to staples, put your hands on all the mouses. Whichever one feels the most comfortable and ergonomic for you, buy that mouse. Don't fall for the "gamer" mouse meme.

I highly recommend any microsoft mouse with bluetrack. They work better than laser or optical on any surface.
>>
>>54460720
What do you recommend you fucking genius
>>
>>54460720
You know nothing about the cost of optical sensors clearly. Mice are one exception to the rule, they do make 100-200% profit range but it's nowhere near the retarded 7000% you're spewing.
>>
>>54460812

Isnt bluetrack optical though?

And even if he was criticizing, making a grammar mistake doesnt completely discredit the the criticism he has.

Dude I don't care about looks and feels in my hand - that's just retarded.

I already have a naga mouse - bought it because it was on a sale, very cheap - had long warranty and many buttons.

I'm looking for accuracy nothing else at this point - and they're going to replace it with other naga product regardless of what you say.

Current mouse is a G502, bert mouse I've used since the G602 and G400 / G500 (after the sensor upgrade)

Shittiest mouse I've owned: >>54461254

cable braid came off
scroll wheel started skipping
mouse buttons stopped working
slippery and hard to hold
androgynous shape is not comfy
sensor doesn't use precise DPI (CPI or some shit)
etc

I didn't try each and every mouse there is, but I can confirm that it is, indeed, a good mouse.

Besides gaming, which I don't do much, I've bound macros for adobe illustrator on it, and it's great. A pushbutton for adjusting dpis is a godsend for precision work.

It's not Apple, you can put a cable in and still use it.
>>
>>54461681
gaming, i like shooters and action games but anything else too, no graphical work or anything like that

i don't think the mouse is ambidextrous though since the big button is on the left side only, also my hand is kinda small with narrow fingers and most overly designed mice for right hand don't fit me properly and cramp my hand so an ambidextrous like design might be better in my case

right now i am using xornet version 1, the length is good for me but it's a bit too wide and the senseor is kinda shitty, so i figured the closest but most comfy to this would be the new m65

>>54461754
idk about wireless man, having to charge it is annoying, will probably weight more because of battery, and i like lighter weight, also the sensor doesn't seem as good as the new m65 one
>>
>>54461854
>idk about wireless man, having to charge it is annoying,

> will probably weight more because of battery, and i like lighter weight,

> also the sensor doesn't seem as good as the new m65 one
it has a darkfield optic, that works precise even on glass, it connects via cable, logitech dongle or bluetooth and it has a free spinning scroll wheel.
for me it's just perfect.
>>
>>54461614
It's pretty good. I just upgraded to that from an M500. Buttons are customizable, so if you want the sniper button to bind to a keypress instead, it's possible. Only thing I didn't like at first was the placement of the forward/back thumb buttons, but I've gotten used to it. Sensor is decent and the removable weights are cool too.
>>
>>54461923
Does it charge from the micro usb?
If yes, that's pretty nice.
>>
>>54462021
Yes.
>>
>>54461991
Is the shape comfy for a right hand? Also is that big sniper button getting pressed on accident, because it seems like it will be exactly where you would hold the mouse with your thumb?
>>
>>54462043
That's pretty nice, then.
>>
>>54462051
Yeah, it felt a bit wide at first, but again, I'm coming from a skinny mouse (actually M510 now that I looked) I still use the logitech at work every day and I much prefer the corsair.
The button is right under your thumb where you expect it to be, but I havent pressed it accidentally since the first day I had it. If you death grip the mouse to pick it up and reposition, either dial in your sensitivity properly, or take some of those weights out.
My local best buy had a display model on the shelf to try out, I suggest you do the same if possible.
>>

>>
Mx performance has a good enough sensor, and in my experience my aim wasn't better or worse using it between a sensei raw, rival or WMO

Tldr just use what's comfortable
>>
Jesus, there hasnt been single decent mouse in the last 15 years; one that has no-bullshit design (WMO or IE2), has proper stress relief for the cable, has reliable microswitches and doesnt have any other problems (whining capacitor in Logi MX510/518 and dozen other mice for example).

Now every mouse looks like a fucking spaceship. I mean what the actual crap; are 12 year olds now the main marketing target?
Not that i need mouse to be honest, havent played Unreal, UT, Quake or Q3A in many years and switched from wmaker to ratpoison in 2004, so no need for mouse at all.

The clicking sound on my Anywhere MX is getting on my nerves. It's so damn loud.

Is there a good mouse with quieter clicking action? Most of the stuff on Amazon is $15-20 shit that probably won't last a year.

Is there a mod I can do to quiet down the clicking?
>>
>>54464093

do some looking around first, mx master has bluetooth connectivity and click wheel problems.

shame because it's a nice mouse otherwise.
>>

This is probably the best no nonsense mouse in the thread. Razer deathadder is a close second, but it has the gamer meme reputation.

Mine has held up pretty well. I bought one of those cheap chink mice, and the plastic that pressed down on the actual button wore down around the button after 6 months. I had to put epoxy there to fill it in.

You do get a good quality mouse with razor, but I'm not sure it's worth $60

I've been using a wireless mouse called the "mazer e-3lue" for a while now. I have recently started to notice it lagging a lot and sometimes it just completely stops working. I was wondering what wired mice /g/ might suggest for me to use. I'm looking for something similar in size and feel to this mouse (with the extra two side buttons.) pic related, it's the mouse I use.

Why the EC in particular? All Zowies are no-bullshit mice.

You can fully palm grip the ec aswell as claw grip. And its right handed. If you are left handed or you use a claw grip exclusively the za and fk are good too.
