what's up with this noise my speakers spews out? Happens when I scroll through the browser or other idle garbage.

Gets way worse when I am using it under heavy load. Any quick fix for this?

Buy a USB DAC
I would recommend something like the HiFiMeDIY USB DAC or their Tiny, which is $29.
You can get cheap DACs on amazon, but check the reviews to see if they are noisy.

do you plug in your speakers to the front audio port? then make sure front audio connector isn't touching your gpu
if you're using the back connector then get usb dac or a better shielded motherboard
