Buying everything over time. Number one priority is the video card so I could buy the monitor, I don't have any display port ATM, might bottleneck my shitty pentium.

Do you really need an optical drive? That price feels like robbery. I guess if you're getting it used for like $5, then it might be fine.
What exactly is the point behind your rig anyways? If you're not gaming I'd honestly consider going for an AMD based build. Paying a premium for that sweet, sweet single thread performance feels like a waste when AMD does just as well in better optimized workloads.
