Honestly? Keyboards are so cheap these days, if one gets gunked up that badly, I just toss it and buy a new one.
For a shitty $5 keyboard I'd almost rather just buy a new one than spend that much time removing and cleaning every key, then replacing them.

the down arrow didnt work at first but i took it back apart again and noticed the little bit of water on the film where the down arrow is, so i wiped off the water with a towel and it works now.

Just washed my shitty old keyboard a few days ago because I fucked it up spilling wine on it.
It was the first time I've ever removed all of the keys and given a keyboard a thorough wash. It feels good as new.
