I've got project in c++ to create my own PACMAN game. I was wondering if any of you know where can i find map or maps for it. I've tried to create my own but its complicated enough.

iq released a pacman game on shadertoy dot com, where you can see the shader-code including level definition. they have a search on shadertoy, so you should find it easily
The original game didn't have a lot of different maps so it was probably just programmed into the game.
If you want a more dynamic thing you should read the map from a text file so you can easily create it how you want it to be.
It shouldn't be that hard.

Creating a map in C++ is just opening a file and reading in. Or you can code it directly but it's notre the best was for me.
Anyway, you'll need a 2d array roi manage where your pacman and ghosts can go etc. Just code it
