Best GNU/Linux Distro for a Windows Environment

what's up /g/?

I'm getting ready to make the switch to GNU/Linux on my work computer. I maintain about 50 users in a Windows environment and want a distro that will easily integrate with AD. Most of what I do to support users involves remote desktop and web applications, so I don't see any downside to this.

Have any of you employed /g/entoomen done anything like this? I'm thinking OpenSUSE would be a good choice as I know Yast makes it fairly simple to join a domain. Fedora is also possible contender.
