I'm about to go buy myself a brand new laptop and I've been wondering just how deeply MS has entrenched their shitty OS into the new machines.
Should I just buy an older model or is there a way to completely eradicate this untermensch of a system?
The worst I've seen is BIOSes which overwrite your HDD with shitty windows programs. To be sure, get something that works with Libreboot and zero-full the HDD before installing gentoo.
