install 98 or NT on it instead like it was supposed to run
or GNU/Linux or BSD if you just want a slow but "current" daily driver/server

for the former, find drivers on a PC BBS mirror like this: http://ps-2.kev009.com/pccbbs/aptiva/

use it for games, legacy software, whatever
surf winworldpc or vetusware and see what interests you
