You should be able to solve this.

This is an actual Comptia A+ question.

B easily
>>
They're obviously looking for B, although A would also be an acceptable answer (that's what Windows Vista called them)
>>
>>54332762

I don't care. I memorized all the nonsense, got my cert, and then promptly forgot all this useless bullshit.

I would say A as I'm used to Widgets being GUI elements. (ie the Motif widget set)

Sorry Anon, you have failed your Comptia A+ certification test, the easiest certification available.

How do you feel?
>>
>>54332788
This.

I took the test before they introduced the bullshit where it expired every 3 years.

CAN YOU SOLVE THIS ONE /g/?

Well shit nigger, I wonder which 4 answers they would be
>>
>>54332846

Yeah anyone who picks B. probably just doesn't know anything about the test it's 100% windows focused when it comes to the software side (or at least was when I took it 10 years ago)

>>54332866

The funny thing is that most of the people on this board today are also too young to be able to pass the test like we did. Hell even in my class who took the test only me and my friend passed out of like idk 12 people? It was very unforgiving back in the day as the hardware portion went back to the 80s/90s and the software went back to the 90s. You basically had to memorize how to do tasks within windows in a version of windows you wouldn't have been using for over 10 years it was really dumb. Not to mention having to memorize all the RAM pin counts for 15 different types of RAM because not everything was DDR yet.

Still I am way more happy that I don't have to worry about my cert expiring or having to take it again.
>>
>>54332906
Pretty sure it's just A
It was moved to the task manager on Win 8
Maybe C?
>>
>>54332906
>Select 4

msconfig does not work in real time, task manager has a lot of issues, computer management and command prompt are ok
>>
>>54332846

cut my degree into pieces

this can't be fucking real

what's next?

Q. How do you get rid of a virus?
1. Run Virus Scan
2. Take medicine
3. Tell your supervisor
4. Yell at screen

i mean it's easily 2.
>>
>>54332984

I actually took mine when they got rid of most of the old outdated questions. It was fairly modern. It was also like 2-3 months before they implemented the 3 year expire bullshit.

Generally, yeah. That's why you usually have to get ~80% to pass.
