It shouldn't be an issue, but it is, because threads are constantly deleted now. The _vast_ majority of non desktop OPs are deleted.
All you have to do is stop making >2 threads at once and make the anime an actual wallpaper with a taskbar or window visible. That's it. No more deletion and you get your anime.

Because desktops are images. It's a thread for images. Programming, and most other technology generals here are text-based, and because you need an image to post, it can be off-topic.
It doesn't matter either way, because posting one might result in it getting deleted, which will lead to 2 new ones being made, and a mess like we have here.
