This only happens with a few games, gmod on one occasion, NSUNS4, and CS:GO. I heard that in NSUNS4, the issue is with the game, but I am not sure. My graphics card is an AMD Radeon R9 380, 2 GB, not the best. I have heard others that have the same issue and also use this card. Should I get a new card? Is there a fix?

Full wipe and reinstall, if it still happens then get a new card.

Re-install driver,s then re-install OS if drivers still don't work.

I did
Turn down MSAA to 8
Turn off blur
turm of gameworks if any
turn off game evoled and raptr recorder (these fuck up value games and unreal engines )
Install Crismon edtion 16.5.1 or higher.

Oh and one more thing
In bios don't use IDE mode for any HDD or SSD
and make sure that the driver is on the same disk as the game ;)
