Jeez, just run one of those two tools with fat32 formatted usb and steamos image. But again, I would not suggest you to run steamos - it's an outdated version of debian with preinstalled steam client and nothing more. You better download ubuntu 16.04 from www.ubuntu.com, install it and then install steam from software center.
