What's the sexiest phone you've ever seen and are you buying it /have you owned it?

What would you want to be different about it if you bought it now for the same price. Be reasonable with your expectations and feel free to comment on other anons phones.

>Nexus 4
>black Nexus logo

That sounds disappointing

Xperia Play with modern specs.

So what? SD410, 2GB ram, 1080p screen?

The specs were pretty shit on release. You want equally shit specs?

Something like this but half the size and with the keyboard in landscape mode.
All that DOS/SNES/PS1 vidya I could be playing on the go instead of shitty "connect 4" flash games.

This one (Xperia Mini Pro), just updated with a new chipset and maybe bumped from 3" to 3.5" or 4" (and slimmed down in the process) would be my dream phone.

The sturdiest phone I ever had was the Nokia 5110.
That motherfucker was a stainless steel ballbearing.
Withstood more abuse than my non-white neighbours.

The sexiest phone I owned was the HTC HD2, which my kid now uses.
Installed everything on that phone from windows mobile 5 up to windows 98. Ubunto too. Even installed debian on it, and ised it to hack my ps3 console.

It is now comfortably running the latest cyanogenmod, overclocked to 1.2Ghz. I bought 2 more a couple years back on ebay for 30$ a piece which I wanted to use for spares. Havent needed to touch them yet.

I travel for work lots. I don't watch or capture video. I want battery life, and good quality music/sound for calls. I guess a hybrid of the Zenfone 2 and OnePlus?

Also, why don't larger size phones have two microSD spots? I'd love a phone that has two behind a removable backplate.

it looks good only because you're used to it. Build quality is a bit crap. It squeaks whenever you hold it a bit tighter, the camera has a big ugly bump, and the front has a gap all around the screen that is nothing but a grime trap. The frame is cracked all over the place, USB port barely works. The build quality could definitely be improved. But this motherfucker just won't die and I'm too cheap to buy another phone while I have one that works.

This.

Mine has bits of it peeling off or broken off but it's still working fine with shitty 3.5 hours SoT.

Can't wait for the fucking oukitel k6000 pro to come out.

Basically same situation here. My Mic works sporadically, remedied by a piece of chewing gum I shoved inside the phone to apply pressure to the connector. Battery life is meh, has a blue spot on the screen where too much pressure was applied, loses connection with the SIM card every so often.

It works 95% of the time and spends most of it's life in a bag connected to a battery back, acting as a mobile modem for my laptop.
>>
It's like none of you are reading the op properly. It clearly states reasonable specs. It clearly says base it off an existing phone. It clearly gives an example as op does it.

There, perfect phone. I'm fine with the little power.

Lasts about 5 hours screen time.
I have a couple extras too, so it's not an issue.

One thing I do remember is that with the original rom and new battery, it lasted 2 days between charges.

I'd kill for a flip phone that has the android OS, a screen on the top for seeing your messages, emails, missed calls. Plus the usual 32gb sd card, good specs, etc.

I have terrible eczema on my index fingers so my thumb is the only digit I can really use.
Also side mounted means I can leave that phone on the table and switch it on.

Diverging from the norm

Youre honna be paying 800$ for something like this on release, which is a huge gamble, therefore almost certainly wont be done by anyone, unfortunately.

Only things I'd add are optical zoom or hardware image stabilization, embedd3d wireless charging and 4gb ram/128gb rom
>>
>>54291349.
>>54290608
Don't see why this shouldn't cost less than an Xperia flagship, sub $700. Less if it's a nexus

Nexus 6p with bigger battery and HTC one m8 boomsound audio

Nexus 5X

What it needs:

>4gb of ram
>(micro) SD card slot

What it could do with:

>Quad HD screen
>Larger battery

What some people want:

>Metal case as opposed to the plastic one it uses
>Physical buttons
>Replaceable battery

If only it had a memory card slot and 3gb of ram. Probably wouldn't need to change it ever.
