Uninstall all of the NVidia stuff except your core graphics driver.
Get rid of the system tray, the "GeForce Experience" bullshit, the feedback process, etc.
You'll drop down 4-5 processes just with that.
Then go to msconfig and disable everything that isn't a driver or absolutely necessary to run your system.
