Can you read? SIP is simple to fuck with and there is a wealth of detailed information on google. If you can't figure out how to reconfigure SIP, or even completely disable it, and therefore be able to fuck with the rest of the OS (which is layed out in a self explanatory fashion), I doubt you'd be able to figure out anything on a simple UNIX system like openBSD.
Macs are easy to use to the core. They even ship with simpler BSD tools and simple man pages instead of more complex GNU utils with man pages that instruct you to read massive GNU info pages.

Well taskbars aside Linux kernel with w/e desktop environment you want is much more powerful.
( preferably Unity, OpenBox - followed by KDE, Gnome, LXDE and the rest based on benchmarks and various tests done few days ago )

Windows is good but compared to Linux it's much slower, only reason I would see in using it right now and even so only in dual boot is having some sophisticated software that you need for work that's really nor ported on Linux or there's no alternative on Linux.

On mac each monitor is its own virtual desktop, so you can swap per screen. On windows every monitor is tied to one virtual desktop, so if you change it on one screen every other monitor changes with it, making the feature worthless.
