I think it's fake, I'm pretty sure nobody can build an engine that compact to produce that much lift, AND have the fuel to power it. Jet engines tend to be pretty thirsty little engines, and even if it did have enough lift, there'd only be enough room for fuel for like 30 seconds of flight.

I think it's just these engines in a different form factor, they look about the right size to fit in the platform and the flight time is similar.
They're meant for RC planes, but they are very simple turbojets with low efficiency.
It might actually be 4 slightly smaller turbines, the flying segway approach might be safer as it can probably fly even if there's a turbine failure while the jetpack would crash if as the engines aren't mounted in the center.
If anyone sold compact modern turbofans you would get about 30 to 60 minutes flight time on these type of devices.
