Why can't you /g/turds build one good app to browse dank memes on android? All I get is clover, that, with it's latest update is all green and does nothing when you click on a pic. You click on a pic and shit faced app shows you the thumbnail but doesn't load the actual pic no matter what kinda network you're on. Webms are shit, gifs freeze. Fuckin captcha's don't work or are potato quality to view.
How hard is it to make one decent app for that?
why are you browsing on a small device instead of using a regular computer?

Otherwise, its pretty fucking good. Not perfect, but still the best one out. I did quite like chant back in the day though, but clover is nice.

Hey clover dev. I had other 4chan installed but didn't try them until this thread appeared and reminded me of them. I like clover and overchan.
Comparing clover to overchan, the only thing that is missing for me is the side bar that has all boards/favorites/history. In clover, this menu is dedicated solely to the pinned threads. It would be redundant to add another link to all boards on clover, but do you think that you can add a history tab?
Edit: new things that are missing in clover. I just found out that overchan has dedicated buttons for spoiler, italic, strikethrough and a goddamn > sign. That is a major pain for me on clover.
Also, could you add support for when entering a 404 thread, you could be sent to the (third party) archive of it?
Overall, it's a great app,btw. Just wanted some small additions.

Floens please add a way to hide all tripfag posts instead of just individuals. Anonymizing doesn't help enough. Also consider adding an option like 4chan X where it blocks replies to trip fags too. It's my favorite feature.

After a few minutes of testing, I would say this is definitely better . some questions though
- when I'm in a thread and I swipe to the right, I go to the catalog for that board. Then if I swipe left, nothing happens. In the old version, it took me the last open thread.
-you mentioned in a previous post that there is an option to pin threads that you reply in since version 1. I could not find it neither in the old or new version. I checked the advanced settings, nothing.
- when I go to the options screen, and come back, the app takes me to the first board in the board list, not to the last open thread. Is this intended?

I went into the options screen -> advanced options, swiped down to the bottom, swiped up, unchecked "allow screens to be swiped away" (I think, or some other option), swiped down again, crash.

Clover dev, currently there are 2 options for pot time: either full date or the "(posted) 10 minutes ago" option. I prefer the full date, but there's no option to make it local time, it's always on 4chan time. Any plans to change that?
Also, let me add that I made a lot of comments in this thread, but I'm not complaining, nor demanding changes. I'm just outspoken with the changes I think are good/bad. So far you have made a damn good job with this app.

I see. From that thread it seems that it's more of a design choice. I don't really prefer material design, but I understand the clash.

You have to tap the image for it to load by default. You can also toggle auto-load from the settings menu.

if you're on mobile data you have to tap the picture by default. You can force it to autoload all pictures in the settings.
Is there a way in Clover to auto-add threads to your thread watcher using something like a filter?
