Let's talk portable battery banks.
I'm looking for one that will charge my galaxy s5 3 or so times. a 9000 mAh one would be decent but it also needs to be able to recharged really quickly

My s5's battery is 2800 mAhs. That's just enough to recharge my phone 3 times.
I have never understood the idea of these power banks unless you are gonna be out of power supply for a couple days. If your phone doesn't last a day, you should get a phone with a better battery life or get zerolemon battery.

It depends on what you do.
I play ingress and without my powerbank I'd run out after about an hour.
At the last big event I used up around 15000mAh in a single day.
