PNG is to images as FLAC is to audio, and x265 @crf 0 is the same for video.

No FFV1 has some pretty good lossless compression, it's one of the codecs that compresses best, and it's the only modern (not abandoned) codec that achieves high compression at practical speeds
The equivalent would be raw YUV video, or raw RGB video

sure, and you can still do that provided the method is known or discoverable by your intended recipient (or anyone else), but it was painfully easy to literally just concatenate a whole file to the end of a bmp and call it good or just encode a script (usually a bat or hta) and get it to spam itself to 4chan getting more fucktards to spread it
