Hey guys, when i was a kid, about 20 years ago i lived in a apartment building
i had a friend who lived in a different apartment.
So whenever he was playing vidya, there was one channel on my tv that when i tunned i could see the game he was playing
Can someone explain what could've caused this?

Some equipment can be "noisy" leaking thier RF signals, especially older stuff. You were just picking up his noisy analog signal probably radiating from his video cable/pigtail transformer/RF switch.
Back in the day before everything was digital I built a huge quarter wave length bow tie antenna tuned to TV channels 3 and 4 and hung it in front of my garage door so it could act as a reflector. I picked up some hotel's in house channel from miles away.
Used to be able to hear people's cell phone conversations on old TVs that tuned pretty high up into the UHF range.
