How's my new build? Any bottlenecks? (I'm a video editor so don't give me shit about the RAM pls)

So explain me why?
i7-5820k??? you're going to overclock ?
Where's the cooler in that case?

My suggestion is to go with normal i7-6700 just a strong for video editing.

From what it looks your build is for gaming - I mean profession video editors are satisfied with half powerful processor, integrated graphics on processor and 16 gb ram, if hypothetically you were the best editor in the world - why would you do it yourself and not pay someone.

yep, it's smart
>>
like it, except EVGA gtx 980ti
evga I rank too low in build quality
though I heard customer service is nice
still MSI or Asus would go for me

fuck off you moron
YOU explain why he should downgrade to 4c/8t from 6c/12t when all he saves is like $60

lets not mention actual enthusiast chip, no shitty thermal paste but soldered, better temps and better overclocking...
>>
>>53893696
you know nothing about video editing do you?

>MUH CORES.

Absolute retard, go waste your money.

You are exactly the figure on that image. Nice self-reflection.

extar cores for little extra money spend
you are the retarded here, especially when he even says video editing
>>53893791
its extremely over the specs
he could run it on 500W
>>
>>53893699
For the money of only a GTX 980 Ti you could buy a Quadro K2200 or FirePro W7100
>>
>>53893809
Quadro K2200 has less RAM, less cuda cores, smaller memory interface
>>
>>53893805
I was thinking that, I have a 480w power supply with amd 3.6ghz and 8gigs of RAM, no graphics card though.
When they say 400w power supply requirement do they mean the card uses 400w or I'll be good with a 400w power supply?
>>
>>53893839
And does double precision and CUDA at 2x - 8x the speed of the 980ti.

But if that's not needed, the 980ti is fine.
