Are these worth a fuck? I'm in the market for some non-noise isolating earbuds that don't suck and won't rip my bank account a new asshole. Seems like all I can reasonably find are noise-isolating ones. Some people say these are decent, but y'know, apple. Any input?

Yes, for the price and for what they are (non-isolating ear buds) there's nothing comparable really. You can probably find something better in the price range if you don't mind in-ears though.
Note, btw, that the microphone on those are pretty good as well. Most other microphones in that price range are noisy as hell.

I'm really happy with the $6ish Panasonic RPHJE120S headphones I bought. They don't sound as good as my Etymotics, but they sound way, WAY better than any other beater headphones I've tried.

Bought these at a mall for 5$ because I was in a hurry. They came generic, not Apple. Absolute shit, I've never heard such terrible sound from ear buds before. I was memed, these costs less than 5¢ to make.

True i got me two pairs. Ill admit though compared to earpods the bass isnt as strong but not by much besides they fit much more snuggly than earpods.
