Hardest clearnet tracker to get into is superchillEn. has live voyeur streams. they recently relocated their site and I'm not saying as it's frightening enough as is. doe that only makes me harder. It gets ddos'd twice a week and the streams only last as long as the camera's battery or goes unnoticed. some archive the streams and sell them to porn sites. but if you're a high enough user class (don't remember/can't type the crylic letters - google can't translate it) you can into a very small tracker with the best of the cams. Good question. Short answer: you don't. Unless you live in Romanian or Russia and want to risk jail it's very hard. But there's a reverse pyramid path. I actually invited someone higher than me to ipt to make the second tier (better streams) then invited an originator to ptp who ranked me to the third tier (effectively the highest unless you originate shit). You can promote people lower than you to your level once every 3 months. Interesting system tbqvh

You can separate your media from your PC, which has the benefit of making that machine leaner. A dedicated Plex/etc server will burn less power and do more things. A headless server can handle all your torrents and you can add torrents from your phone. You can open the server to the Internet without putting your main system at risk.
And that's assuming you don't want to buy a domain name and set up your own email server or whatever else.
Also, I'm not talking NAS because you can build a capable headless ITX system that can handle more drives and is cheaper than most NAS machines.
Sort of related, but why is there such a huge file size difference between different shows / movies of the same length that are in the same resonlution. Like some 1080p anime are 2gb for an hour where as others are up to 20 gigs and still in 1080p
