Robots.
Any mod a human can attach to himself a robot can have as well. Robots can reproduce as fast as they can be built, for humans it takes decades to mature. Humans gather experience as a singe entity which means all knowledge has to be relearned by each individual, a robot can be part of a network and form consensus.
Robots can react in the span of milliseconds, its doubtful even with mods humans would be able to compete.
Robots

why not genetically modified robots?
>>53811029
> robots have genes
What
Like, I guess in a futuristic world where robots become silicon based life, sure, but now? Doubt it. Even then, they may not have genes.
Alexander Caldwell, you are a retard.
Depends on the hardware and genetic modifications

Robots are incredibly less resistant then humans to radiation. So easy win

Mostly humans, sometimes robots.
I recommend to anyone who understands italian "Altri robot" by Uriel Fanelli.
Nice sci-fi book about a police division of genetically modified humans that hunt down robot killers.
Did I mention that it has futa and incest too?
A masterpiece.

Better question: genetically modified humans versus cybernetically enhanced humans?

I'm not so sure, Bonita

No translations into English?

Plus a super strong magnet and gg robots
Humans, because we can always genetically engineer a human to be a better robot but robots are just stuck being robots.
Humans. We'll build more robots to defeat the robots
>>53815250
What about a robot that learns by itself?
