You can get old cards really cheap, my friend got a 5850 for 30 €. The same performance as a GTX 750, he can play everything on it.

That doesn't sound good. You'll pay too much for a rebranded card if you buy it. I think you could get a 280X or even R9 290 for the same price. They are the same cards. If you care about the core clocks then just download Afterburner.
