AMD IS FINISHED AND BANKRUPT
8 fake ass cores
>>53781962
I use a 8350 in my ubuntu machine and it works fine. Only people that would have issues are kids that play games
>>53782144
*4 twin core modules that can operate as 8 under certain workloads
>>53781962
the intel is a 2.8 that boosts to 4.0
the AMD is a 4.0 that boosts to 4.3
assuming the test is short enough to not throttle the intel chip this isn't as great of an achievement as it looks

>let's compare gigahurts
>>53782226
no I'm looking at the speeds for ratios, not clock to clock comparisons
>>53782205
that 4.0 boost is only for single core workloads. it's significantly lower for the multicore test.
>>53782271
do we know how much the boost clock is under 4 core load? I'm actually curious now
I thought the core count load rules only applied to "U" SKUs
>>53781962
bullshit
oh right im on /g/
>>53782294
For this CPU it's 3.4GHz on all cores.
>>53782271
usually its .2ghz slower
its been like that on all of my devices (laptops and desktops)

shit b8 for retards

OK thx
>>53782185
8320 owner here, no issues with games either.
>>53783245
Me too.
Pretty happy with my purchase, was 60 dollars cheaper than an i5 4460 and should be a little better under dx12.
This post literally triggered me. Good job OP
Good job OP, you get a one day loo and anti-rape laws pass for today!
>>53781962
Thanks be to you for doing the necessary my friend!
Haswell is 2 generations newer than Vishera.
Nice bias.
>>53782271
I'm running a 3.5GHz FX chip at 5GHz without any problems. 4/8 chip.

instructions are fetched from RAM, decoded and reordered by the front end, and passed to the execution core capable of executing instructions from two different programs during the same clock cycle.
That's why AMD is ripping with multithreading but shit at single core and vice-versa for Intel.
I like and use both, nothings perfect, but it depends also on what you do. Stop being little bitches.
