Whats the best browser for android?

Best as in
It does not connect to a million tracking or spyware sites at launch such as compute1.amazonaws.

Does not bypasses the hosts file (like by using a proxy).

Is compatible with adobe flash player.

Is stable

Has options to disable cookies, scripts, popups auto delete cache and history etc.

Does not makes background connections to the sites you last visited upon launch (like dolphin browser)

Pinned because I finally got the Win 10 launcher to work and next is the browser.

So far, Chrome is balls and Dolphin imo was horrifyingly bad.
