Is there any benefit to using pic related for the desktop? Some
Images are sometimes not shown due to bandwidth/network limitations. Refreshing the page usually helps.

Is there any benefit to using pic related for the desktop?

Some reasons I could think of were:
Less botnet
Superior filesystem
Better security

I'm curious as to whether it is worth the switch

the differences from windows 8.1 are minimal

You'd be better off just running 10

Yeah, that's what I heard.
So if it functions fine as a desktop OS, what's wrong with using it and getting the benefits I mentioned
