The only thing "linux" about android is the kernel. You can actually run most android apps without using the linux kernel which makes the claim that Android is Linux false

Install bash, never use it, dash is /bin/sh, coreutils are all prefixed with g, actual shell utilities are BSD, glibc optional, everything linked with musl = Still GNU/Linux because it has GNU on it and stallman wants namedrops
