i use cm13 nightlies on my s4intl, stable is fine, too

If you want Lollipop, take the cm-12.1-20151117-SNAPSHOT. If you want Marshmallow take the latest nightly. The snapshot can be more stable than the nightlies.

i've been using the cm13 nightlies on my jfltexx since the end of last year and have had no trouble, if you're not sure, get the snapshot as in >>53703949

There's a picture of the phone and a model. If you're not sure what model you have you can boot into the bootloader and it'll show your device model.

go to settings>about phone and look at the device model, jfltexx (cyanogenmod's designation) is GT-I9505
often you'll find the model on a sticker under the battery as well, and in this case it also shows up on the pre-boot splash
