Am I stuck with the ugly gui in raspbian? It's not that big of a deal I guess but it would be nice to have a better looking taskbar and stuff, since I use the device a lot. I like ubuntu mate, but I need to use raspbian atm unfortunately.
U can install mate on raspbian.

just install XFCE or some shit. Only my Pi 1B uses lxde, both my Pi2B use xfce and my Pi3 uses mate
