The battery died on mine then the wifi stopped working so I got a g4. Fucking love it.
If LG ever stops with G series or abandons Double tap to wake, then I'll just stockpile LG G2s and only use those until I die

I got my g3 used 4 months ago, and now for some reason the batteries drains really fast.
In airplane mode, screen of, I'm losing 60% overnight and nothing in battery stats to show what the cause is

Well G3 is better, because it's pretty much the same battery, but G4 has better specs to run on that same battery

Phones have been pretty stagnant since around 2013.
Modern phones don't really offer much that you can't get from a 3 year old flagship.
I particularly like the G3 because it has an excellent screen to body ratio, which only got worse with later iterations.

Still want to get a nexus line phone but thats more for the curiosity of getting to mess with ROMs than actual need. Sucks the 6P is so damned pricey.

Daily reminder that LG cuck all non-Europoors with a locked bootloader. Also, a good proportion of the early G4's have dodgy SD 808's that can cause irreversible bootlooping without warning.
