How did you pirate Windows 7, /g/?
Right now I'm trying to reinstall mine and I'm trying to follow this guide:

I got that ISO and unsuccessfully tried to make a USB flash drive into a boot device using this tool from Microsoft:

Since that didn't work, I'll try burning the ISO to a DVD.
Then, hopefully, if that works, after it asks me for a product key during installation and I give it the one I found digging in the registry of my current (pirated) Windows 7 installation, it'll accept.
How did you do it, /g/? I don't wanna get some fucking cracked copy from some piratebay release group that have probably tampered with it.

Rufus is a tool for making bootable mediums, it doesn't parade itself around as a way to pirate windows.
It even lets you download the source code and has a github page for tinfoil hats like you.
I just downloaded an iso with included crack from the usenet.
Upgraded it to win10 a few years later and it still thinks it's a legal copy.

I stumbled upon the Windows 7 Repository a couple of years ago and burned a copy on to a DVD and saved the DazLoader. Been working flawlessly ever since.
Gonna upgrade to Win10 Pro so that I can upgrade to 10 anytime I want but I'll go back to 7 until it's worth running 10.
